In voice calls, we have two type of credits, namely Answered and Submitted. A standard call is of 30 second duration wherein we can upload an mp3 file of 28 second duration. Two seconds will be used for digital handshake by the system. You can upload mp3 files of any duration and multiple credits will be deducted based on the length of the file.

Answered Bulk Voice Call Solution

In answered category, all credits that are not answered, DND, and submitted will be reimbursed to the user's account on completion of the campaign and DLR updated. DLR will be completely updated only within 24 hours of the campaign.
